What Popl is
Popl is an event lead capture platform built around digital business cards. Its focus is the trade show floor: badges and cards get scanned, the details are enriched, and they reach your CRM before the day is over. For a team whose leads come from events, that focus is a real strength.
This description was last checked in August 2026. Products change, so check their own site for current details.

Why most link pages do not convert
Your visitor arrived at peak interest. What happens in the next second?
A typical link page shows a list of equal buttons and sends every tap somewhere else. Here the page itself is the destination: it has one goal, it keeps the visitor with you, and it remembers who came.
On a typical link page
Seven links of equal weight, in no order and for no reason. The visitor cannot tell what to do, and does nothing.
How the goal is measuredHere
Every card has one primary goal
One wide button and up to three shortcuts, set for your profession. Analytics shows how many visitors did exactly that: a real conversion rate, not just a click count.
On a typical link page
Every tap sends the visitor to YouTube or Instagram, where the feed takes them away.
What happens without leavingHere
The visitor never leaves the page
Music and video play inside the card, the meeting is booked inside it, the product is bought and the form is sent without leaving.
On a typical link page
You know there was a click. You do not know who clicked, and there is no way back to them.
My audienceHere
The card remembers who came
Whoever leaves details, follows, books or buys joins your audience with a status and a follow-up reminder. One person, one record, even after three inquiries.
On a typical link page
A quiet fee on every sale, a price rise with no notice, and a charge that shows up as a surprise.
Full pricingHere
No billing surprises
The fee is itemized before you sell and drops as the plan goes up. Every payment runs on a secure Stripe page, with no proration math, and you can cancel whenever you like.
On a typical link page
A link tool, a booking tool, a mailing tool, a store. Four subscriptions for one page.
All capabilitiesHere
One plan instead of a subscription stack
Card, links, meetings with an automatic Google Meet link, digital products, courses, events, audience management and analytics in one place. Start free.
On a typical link page
To get your details, the recipient has to install an app or hand over their own details first.
What the recipient seesHere
The recipient installs nothing
Save to contacts or to the wallet in one tap, no app. Leaving details back is an offer, not a condition, and the "Not now" button is a real button.
What MyVisito adds
MyVisito is a link and a QR code, ready the moment the card is. That page carries your story and your proof, and can also carry a shop, courses, events with RSVP and paid tickets, an appointment calendar with time slots and one inbox for every enquiry, all at the same address. And before anyone saves you, you see exactly how you will look in their contacts.
Recently added
The product keeps moving, and so does this comparison
Capabilities that joined MyVisito in recent months, with the month each went live. Every tile links to the page that explains it.
See how you look in their contacts
A phone-contact-shaped preview, a choice of which details get saved, and tags that reach Google Contacts and Outlook.
Public profile and personal card
Someone arriving from Google sees a filtered version; someone you handed the link to sees everything. One card, two views.
One swipe from any screen
The card lives in Apple Wallet and Google Wallet as a branded pass with the QR code inside. Nothing to carry, nothing to charge, shown with no signal.
Sharing that feels instant
A link, a branded QR code or the wallet pass, and the other person is inside your full card in any browser. No app for anyone, and a preview of exactly how you will look in their contacts, tags included.
The next event starts from the same page
A designed invitation at its own address, RSVP, paid tickets with coupons, and door check-in from the phone of anyone on your crew. Whoever registers joins your audience, and whoever books a meeting picked a slot from your own hours.
You remember who you met
Every exchange lands in My Audience with the place, the context and what you promised, and every enquiry is answered from one inbox. A month later the name still means something.
This is what a MyVisito card looks like
Dozens of professional templates, each one a complete landing page with its own colors.
Which one suits you
If your leads come from trade show floors, Popl built its whole product around that motion and it shows. You will also want their hardware range if tapping a card is part of how your team works. MyVisito fits better when the page someone lands on has to do more than introduce you, and when you would rather see a price than book a sales call.
Common questions
How do people get the card?
Through a short link you can send anywhere, or a branded QR code they scan. You can also add the card to Apple Wallet and Google Wallet so it is one swipe away.
What happens to the contacts I collect?
They land in My Audience inside MyVisito, with where and why you met, and you can sync them on to your mailing list or CRM through the built-in integrations.
Can I have more than one card?
Yes. Paid personal plans add published cards at a fixed monthly price, and every card has its own address, QR code and analytics on the same subscription.
Can I scan paper cards I receive?
Yes. Photograph a printed card and the AI reads the name, phone, email and company into your contacts, with the photo and the meeting attached.
Can I sell event tickets and scan them at the door?
Yes. Set ticket types and a sale window, add coupons or a personal link with a special price, and scan at the door from a phone: a ticket scanned twice is caught immediately, and the count of who is in is live.
Can I control what gets saved when someone taps "save contact"?
Yes. Inside the editor you see a phone-contact-shaped preview, choose which details are saved (photo, company, address, links) and add up to 10 tags that reach Google Contacts and Outlook.
