The platform fee is the only fee MyVisito charges on a sale. On your own Stripe account, Stripe's processing fee applies separately, as on any platform; on MyVisito Payments (Israel) 7.5% processing, conversion and transfer costs are added to it, and nothing beyond that is deducted.
Frequently asked questions
What does the free plan include?
One live published card with its own address, sharing with a branded QR code, contact exchange, a lead form that saves to your CRM, video, music and podcast blocks, the Follow button, wallet passes, a contacts CRM with import and 5 free AI card scans, one active event with a designed invitation, RSVPs and the full production tools, door check-in and guest export included, in one language. The shop opens on Premium. There is no time limit; the card stays online for as long as you want it.
How does per-seat billing work on Teams?
The seat count is agreed with us on a call (between 3 and 100) and comes written into the personal invitation we send you; from there you pay per seat, monthly or yearly. Each seat adds a publish slot and AI allowance to the shared pool. Add a seat when someone joins and remove it when they leave.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
The upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the new plan's full price on a secure Stripe checkout page and a fresh billing cycle starts that day. Your cards, contacts and settings carry over untouched.
Can I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Yes. Cancelling moves you to the free plan at the end of the paid period, and your card stays online. Moving from Teams to Premium takes effect at the end of the current period, with no extra charge.
Which currency am I charged in, and how?
Prices are in US dollars everywhere. Stripe's secure checkout also shows the amount in your local currency (shekels in Israel, for example) at the current rate, and yearly billing saves up to 26% compared to paying monthly.
What does the Premium plan add for sellers?
Premium is for people whose card is mainly there to sell: this is where the whole shop opens. Courses, 1:1 sessions, files and guides and unlimited products at a 3.5% platform fee, your personal AI agent on the card, coupons and listings, the free download for an email, the advanced lead form, the full sales report and a double AI allowance. It starts with a 14-day free trial. Event tickets are a separate story and sell on every plan, at 5% on Free and Starter and at the plan's own fee from Premium up. Teams that sell get Teams Plus: shared company offers, with every payment landing in the company account.
I need more published cards. Do I need a Teams plan?
No. Teams is for managing a team or agency: every member gets their own card and seat, with company templates, roles and every lead in one shared place. Need more cards just for yourself? On any paid solo plan you add an extra published card at a flat monthly price ($4 a month on Starter, $8 on Premium (Max is uncapped, so it needs no add-on)), right from the publish screen.
Can I add published cards without changing plans?
Yes. On any paid solo plan you add published cards at a flat monthly price: $4 a month per card on Starter and $8 on Premium (Max is uncapped, so it needs no add-on; yearly billing is simply the monthly price times 12). Pick a quantity, pay in one payment, and remove anytime from the billing screen.
