The selling guide

Sell from your card: courses, sessions, digital products and payments

Nobody who is interested should have to hunt for a way to buy: the offer, the page and the payment already sit at your address. This guide walks through the six ways to offer and how to open sales, step by step.

About 9 minutes

Start selling from your cardThe shop opens on Premium, with a free trial; the Max plans take the fee down to zero.

Chapter 1

Six ways to offer and sell from a digital business card

When you create a new offer, the editor asks what you are making today and arranges itself around the answer. These are the six doors.

Online course

Video or text lessons in modules, with quizzes and a completion certificate. Buyers pay once and get their own learning area.

1:1 session

Your time, on Zoom, by phone or in person. Set your availability, the client picks a slot and pays upfront, and the meeting lands in both calendars with a link and reminders.

Document or eBook

A guide, a workbook, a template or a digital book. The file stays in your Drive or Dropbox; the link is delivered right after payment, on the order page and by email.

Media file

A track, a set, a sound kit or a recording. Put a taste on the offer page; the file itself is delivered as a private link from your own cloud.

Link access

Sell entry to something you already have: a closed group, a content library, a private page or a recording. After payment the buyer gets the link, and you control what sits behind it.

Free download

A gift for an email, such as a checklist or a short guide. Whoever leaves their details gets the link at once and joins your audience.

Services, a price list and a menu live on the card itself with a quick-contact button (WhatsApp, a lead form or a booking), and the card guide covers them. This guide is about what is sold and delivered through the platform.

Chapter 2

The offer, step by step

The editor walks you through the steps in a fixed order, with a live preview of the page, and at every step you see what is still missing before the offer goes on sale.

  • Landing page: the title, a rich description with images and video, what buyers get and how it works, with AI help if you want it
  • Design: a colour and a cover, or inherit from the card so the page looks like family
  • Pricing and payment: price and currency, a sale with dates, the refund policy you must choose before selling for money, and your own terms
  • Delivery: the link buyers receive after payment. The system checks that it really opens, and you declare the content is yours
  • Buyer form: what you ask of whoever buys, up to your own questions and a file upload
  • Seller: who the seller of record is, and which contact details buyers see
  • Settings: the address, Google visibility, shown or hidden. A course adds the course content, community and instructor steps; a 1:1 session adds the meetings step
  • Draft and live: edit quietly, publish when everything is ready, and every publish is kept in the version history
The offer editor: the steps on one side, and a live preview of what buyers will see.

Chapter 3

A sales page at its own address

Every product gets a page in your card's colors and fonts, with a short address to share.

  • Its own address by kind of offer: myvisito.com/course/your-course for a course, myvisito.com/session/name for a 1:1 session, myvisito.com/download/name for a document or file, and myvisito.com/product/name for everything else
  • A catalog page for the whole shop, designed like your card
  • Products appear on the card itself, and the buy button leads straight to checkout
  • Your own pixels on the sales pages: Facebook and Google Analytics
  • The page speaks the buyer’s language, and buyer emails go out in their language too
The product page as buyers see it, at its own address.

Chapter 4

A free download for an email

A product at price zero is a lead magnet: whoever wants the file leaves a name and an email, and joins your audience.

  • A download gate: name and email, plus a phone number and your own questions if you want them
  • Unlock for a follow: before the link, you can ask for a follow or a visit on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Spotify, SoundCloud, Telegram, WhatsApp or your website, all of them or any one
  • A taste on the page: a SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, Vimeo or Mixcloud link, with the exact clip chosen on YouTube and Vimeo
  • Everyone who downloads appears in your audience, with recorded consent for updates
  • Works beautifully for sets, guides and sample files: the audience grows with every download

Chapter 5

Everything in the offer editor, step by step

The full reference: every step in the editor and everything inside it, including the things that are easy to miss.

Landing pageWhat the buyer sees before deciding.
  • A rich descriptionHeadings, paragraphs, photos and video inside the text, not just a dry line.
  • Photos and videoA main image, up to six more, and a YouTube or Vimeo video that sits above the gallery.
  • What they get and how it worksUp to six checkmark points and up to four steps that explain the process. Far more convincing than a paragraph.
  • Contact on the offer pageYour card's details, different details you set, or none at all.
  • Build it with AIDescribe the offer in a sentence and AI writes the description, the points and the steps.
DesignThe page looks like your card, not like a form.
  • An accent colourAutomatic from your card, or a colour you choose for this page.
  • The coverThe main image, and without one, a designed cover generated in the colour you picked.
  • The course lookA colour that paints the player, the progress bar and the certificate.
  • The page inherits your cardColours, fonts and cover come from the card you sell from, so everything reads as one family.
Pricing and paymentThe price, how people pay, and what happens when someone asks for a refund.
  • Price, currency and stockA price, a currency from the list (your local currency plus a few international ones), and a quantity cap when you need one.
  • A sale with datesA sale price that starts and ends on its own, with the original price struck through beside it. No invented prices.
  • How people payEvery payment runs on a secure Stripe checkout page: through your own Stripe account abroad, or through the platform in Israel. You choose once, on the seller screen.
  • Refund policy, required for a paid offerFour options: no refund after purchase (the legal default for a digital product), a refund promise within 7, 14, 21 or 30 days, cancellation up to a few days after the course starts, or free cancellation up to 72, 48 or 24 hours before a session. Each choice says when your money is released.
  • The rights in lawThe platform keeps the legal floor: 72 hours before a session, 14 days to return a physical product, and free cancellation until the start of a course with a start date. You can offer more, never less.
  • Terms libraryReady terms for every kind of offer, built from the refund policy you chose so they never contradict it, with AI help. The text shows to buyers under the buy button.
  • What you keepA live view of the net amount after fees, by plan and by how you get paid.
Delivery: the link buyers receiveNo uploads to our servers: the file stays with you; we deliver and check.
  • A link, not a fileThe document, the media or the content stays in your Drive, Dropbox or any cloud. After payment, buyers get the link on the order page and by email.
  • The link is checkedThe platform opens the link and checks that it is public. A private or dead link blocks activation, and you are told exactly why.
  • Rights declarationA one-time declaration that the content is yours or that you hold a licence to sell it. Without it, an offer with a link does not go live.
  • A taste before buyingA SoundCloud, Spotify, YouTube, Vimeo or Mixcloud link that plays on the offer page, with the clip chosen on YouTube and Vimeo. For a course: an open lesson. For a document: a sample page.
  • The buyer emailA personal message of your own and up to five links, with a preview of the email before you activate.
  • Free download: the same step, without paymentIn a free download the gate is the details instead of the payment, and everything else is identical: link, check and declaration.
Buyer formWhat you ask of whoever buys or downloads.
  • Name and email, alwaysThese are always collected. The rest is up to you.
  • Phone, company, tax id, addressEach one: not asked, optional, or required. The phone is required by default.
  • Consent to updatesA box that is never pre-ticked. Whoever ticks it joins your audience with a consent date.
  • Up to eight questions of your ownShort text, long text, a choice list, a date, a number, a link, or a file and image upload.
  • A file from the buyerIdeal for custom work: a logo, a brief, a reference image. The file reaches you with the order.
SellerWho stands behind the sale, for buyers and for the law.
  • Seller of recordLegal name, business or company number, address and country. Kept with us and shown to buyers on the receipt and the purchase confirmation, as the law requires. Required before selling for money.
  • Verified phoneThe number buyers see on the receipt, and the one we call if there is a problem with an order.
  • Contact details on the pageAs on the card, custom details (a business line or an assistant, say), or hidden, as long as at least one channel is open to buyers.
  • Commerce rulesA one-time acceptance of the commerce rules and the prohibited-products list, an age-18 confirmation, and what you intend to sell.
  • A payout accountIn Israel: the platform processes payments and transfers to your bank account. Abroad: connect your own Stripe account. Done once for the whole shop.
Meetings (in a 1:1 session)How the time is set, and where you meet.
  • Three ways to scheduleYou get back to the client after payment, the client picks a slot from your availability before paying, or a link to your own scheduler.
  • My availabilityRegular days and hours, special dates, blocked days, session length and how far ahead. A taken slot is never shown twice.
  • CalendlyConnect your Calendly account and pick an event type; the time the client books is written to the order on its own when your Calendly plan supports automatic updates. Without a connection, paste a public link to Calendly, Google appointments or any scheduler, and the client marks the time on the order page.
  • OnlineA Google Meet link or a Zoom meeting created on its own for every order in your connected account, or a fixed link of your own. The link is sent only once payment is confirmed.
  • In personAddress, floor, entry code and directions, shown to the client only after payment, with Waze and Google Maps buttons.
  • In both calendarsA confirmed session lands in your connected Google Calendar, and the client gets a calendar invitation and reminders.
Course contentThe course builder, and what the student gets.
  • Chapters and lessonsVideo, text, files, and up to eight slides in a lesson.
  • Lesson, quiz or assignmentThree lesson kinds. A quiz with questions and a pass mark, an assignment the student hands in through the questions thread.
  • Drip releaseA lesson that opens a number of days after each student joins, or a chapter that opens on a date you set.
  • A free preview lessonOne lesson anyone can watch on the sales page, before buying anything.
  • A completion certificateOpens by itself at 100 percent, with your title, signature and logo, in the student's language. There is a preview for A4 and for a story.
  • CommunityA link to a WhatsApp, Telegram or Discord group, delivered only after purchase.
  • The instructor blockPhoto, name, role and contact channels. Leave it empty and it comes from your card.
  • Student updatesA message to all students with their own name in it, free by email or by SMS on credits, after an automatic content check.
  • The students screenWho enrolled, how far they got, when they were last active and who finished.
Offer settingsAvailability, search, and the dangerous part.
  • Shown or hiddenHide an offer from the shop without touching orders that already happened.
  • A short addressChoose a name for the address. The previous one stops working, so it is worth choosing once.
  • Visibility in GoogleLike the hosting card, open to search, or hidden. You can also write your own title and description.
  • The danger zoneDeleting removes the offer from your cards and ends active campaigns. Anyone who already bought keeps their access.
DistributionWhere the offer appears, and how you measure where buyers came from.
  • Its own short addressEvery offer gets an address by its kind: a course at myvisito.com/course/name, a 1:1 session at myvisito.com/session/name, a document or file at myvisito.com/download/name, and everything else at myvisito.com/product/name. The address does not depend on a card, and if you rename it, the old address keeps forwarding.
  • The offer on your cardsSee which cards it appears on, and add it to a card in a tap.
  • A campaign linkMint a tagged link per channel, and the results appear in the campaigns table in your shop analytics.
  • Team distributionOn a team account you can add the offer to everyone's cards, or to selected people.
  • A catalog pageOne page for the whole shop, with its own headline, cover and colour.
Audience and ordersWho bought or downloaded, and what happens next.
  • An audience tab per offerOn a free offer the tab is called Audience: name, email, phone, date, consent to updates and the answers they gave. On a paid one it is called Orders.
  • CSV exportThe file opens in Excel with Hebrew and Cyrillic intact, no garbled text.
  • Orders on one screenSearch, filter by status, how the money was collected and period, and confirm a payment that arrived through a direct arrangement.
  • Refund requests with evidenceYou see how many lessons were watched or whether the meeting happened, and decide on that basis.
  • Attach an invoiceUpload a document or a link and it is emailed to the buyer and shown on their order page.
  • ReviewsAfter a purchase the buyer is invited to rate it. You approve what appears, and a review can be copied straight into your card's testimonials.
  • My purchasesEvery buyer gets a personal area with all their files, courses, tickets and receipts, entered with a code and no password.
FinanceWhat came in, what the fee was, and when it reaches the bank.
  • Sales by sourceOffers, events and meetings, in one filter.
  • The next transferWhen the bank transfer goes out and what is in it, including an instant payout of money already released.
  • Where the money isEvery sale says whether it is on hold, ready to transfer, or already sent.
  • Gross, fee and netPer row, with no guessing. The fee is itemized, never buried.
  • Automatic invoicesIsraelConnecting an invoicing service issues a tax invoice to the buyer after every sale.
  • ExportOrders and ledger movements to CSV, and a detailed statement per bank transfer.
Coupons and personal linksDiscounts, gifts, and knowing who redeemed.
  • Three kinds of discountA percentage, a fixed amount, or a final price. A final price of zero gives the product away.
  • A one-time personal linkMint secret links that each work once. Send one to someone and they see the offer at zero with no code to type.
  • Up to 500 at a timeMint a batch, download a CSV, and copy every unused code in a tap.
  • LimitsValid from and until, a redemption cap, and a restriction to specific offers.
  • See what was redeemedEvery coupon shows how many times it was used out of its cap.

Chapter 6

A course that sells again and again

A complete course system: build it once, and the course keeps working for you.

  • Chapters and lessons with video, text, files and slides
  • Content that unlocks gradually, by learning pace or by dates
  • Quizzes, assignments and a completion certificate in the student's language
  • A course with a start date: automatic reminders to students before it begins
  • Student updates by email, and progress data for every student
The course builder: content, chapters and the live preview on one screen.

Chapter 6

Payments: the money reaches you

Open selling once, and every payment runs on a secure checkout page.

  • Connect your own Stripe account, and the money goes straight into it
  • The fee is itemized and visible: the platform's component next to the processing costs, no surprises
  • The refund policy you choose per product decides when the money is released
  • A failed payment is handled honestly: buyers read why in their own language, and you get an alert
  • Deposits on meetings and bookings run on exactly the same rail
  • Every sale lands on one finance screen: totals, this month and what is still on hold

Chapter 7

Coupons, sales and personal links

The selling tools that close the hesitant.

  • A coupon as a percentage, an amount or a final price, with a validity window and a redemption cap
  • A free personal link: a one-time gift that opens with no code to type, great for ambassadors and press
  • A sale price next to the full price, honestly: no invented prices
  • The same system powers event coupons too, including free entry through a link

Chapter 8

Customers, orders, and what comes after

Every purchase starts a relationship, it does not end a transaction.

  • Every buyer is saved to your audience as a customer, with what they bought and for how much
  • Orders and refunds on one screen, with a clear money status
  • Buyers get a personal area of their own, "My purchases": courses, tickets and receipts in one place
  • A question before buying lands in your Messages, and your answer returns in the same thread
  • The numbers are always real: net revenue after refunds, no decoration

Chapter 10

What is included, on which plan

The shop opens on Premium, with a free trial: courses, sessions, files and guides, the free download for details and coupons, with no limit on how many offers are active. What changes between Premium and Max is the fee (Max has no platform fee) and how many live courses you can run, which Max does not limit.

Chapter 11

Frequently asked questions

What can I sell today?

Six ways: an online course, a 1:1 session paid upfront, a document or eBook, a media file, link access to content you already have, and a free download for details. Services and a price list show on the card with a contact button.

Do I need a payment provider account?

You connect your own Stripe account and the money goes straight into it. In Israel, MyVisito processes the payment for you and transfers the money to your bank.

What fee do I pay on a sale?

The fee follows your plan and is always shown itemized: the platform's component next to the processing costs. The full breakdown lives on the pricing page.

How do buyers receive the product?

Right after payment: the link you set in delivery, on the order page and by email. For a course: access to the learning area. For a session: the time, or the link to book it. Everything also waits in their own space, "My purchases".

What about cancellations and refunds?

You choose a refund policy in advance for every paid offer: no refund, a window of days, until the course starts, or up to a number of hours before a session. Buyers see it before paying, and refunds are handled from the same orders screen.

How does the client get the link to a 1:1 session?

Once payment is confirmed: a Google Meet link or a Zoom meeting created on its own in your account, or the fixed link you set. Meeting in person? The address and entry code go out at the same moment.
