What does the AI follow-up actually write?
A short personal message written from the contact's notes and details. You ask Visita in the chat, read the draft, change a word if you like, and send it from your own channels.
How do the reminders work?
Any contact can have a follow-up date. On that day you get an in-app notification and an email with the person's details. Change the date and the reminder moves with it.
Does it send messages automatically?
No. The AI drafts, you send. Your relationships stay yours, and nothing leaves in your name without you seeing it.
Is AI follow-up included in my plan?
AI follow-up drafts use your plan's AI allowance. Paid plans include a monthly allowance that covers card editing, translation and follow-ups.
