Digital Business Card Template for a Law Firm

A lawyer's business card has to do what paper cannot: stay with the client, show what you specialize in, and offer an immediate way to book a consultation. This template is a live page at your own address, opened from a link or a QR scan, with your practice areas, experience, reviews and contact details in a restrained design that suits a firm.

What a lawyer puts on a digital business card

A client chooses a lawyer at a sensitive moment, usually after a referral. The card should confirm they came to the right place: your name and photo, practice areas in words a client understands (divorce, real estate, employment law), years of experience and education, two or three genuine reviews, and one clear button to book a consultation or message you. The office address with navigation, and save-to-contacts in one tap. What to leave out: case details, and links without a reason.

How a client reaches the card

Three doors that work for lawyers: a QR code printed on your existing paper card and at the office entrance, an email signature so every email to a client, opposing counsel or the court carries it, and a referral passed on by message with the link. If you want, the card can also appear in Google search; that is your choice, not a default.

A firm with several lawyers

On the Teams plan every lawyer in the firm gets a card in the same design, with their own name, practice areas and details, and the firm keeps one consistent look. Inquiries from every card land in one place, and whoever runs the firm sees who contacted whom.

A tip before you publish

Lawyer advertising is regulated by the bar in most jurisdictions. The card is a public page, so before publishing, read the text with that in mind: a factual description of practice areas and experience, no promised outcomes, and nothing that identifies a client or a case.

Questions

Is this the same as a bar association smart card?

No, they are two different things. A bar association smart card is an identification and digital-signature credential for courts and government systems, issued through the bar. A digital business card is a page that presents you to clients and lets them contact you. You can have both; they are unrelated.

Can I start for free?

Yes. There is a free plan with no credit card, including a published card at a personal address, a QR code and sharing. This particular design opens on paid plans; on the free plan you start from one of the open designs and switch to this one in a tap when you upgrade, with nothing to rebuild.

How do I add consultation booking to the card?

Add a meeting-booking block to the card. The client picks a time, you confirm, and both of you receive a calendar invite. If you work with Google Calendar you can sync it, so meetings appear there directly.

Does this template suit a solo lawyer too?

Yes. It is built for a firm but works just as well for a single lawyer. There is also a personal lawyer template and more designs in the same direction on the lawyer templates page, and all of them swap in a tap without losing content.
