What an assistant can never touch
Your password and email, the subscription and payment methods, withdrawals, the account address, and removing you. These boundaries are enforced on the server, not promised, even for a full-management assistant.
An activity journal only you see
Every major action your assistant takes is recorded: publishing or unpublishing a card, changing an offer, a refund, inviting a teammate. The journal stays with you even after the access is removed.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from giving my assistant the password?
A shared password gives everything, including the subscription, the money and the ability to lock you out, and nobody can tell who did what. Here the assistant has a login of their own with boundaries enforced on the server, an activity journal, and removal in one tap.
How does the invite reach my assistant?
By email, with a personal link valid for 14 days. You can resend or cancel it from your screen.
Does an assistant take a paid seat or a card?
No. An assistant is not counted in seats, takes no publish slot and gets no card of their own. It is a management login, not another team member.
What does a full-management assistant see?
The cards and content, the shop and its orders including refunds to buyers, contacts and reports, and on team plans the team member management too. The billing screen is view-only: they cannot change the subscription, buy anything, connect a payout account or withdraw money.
