What only you can touch
Your password and email, the subscription and payment methods, withdrawals, the account address, and removing you. The system itself blocks all of these, even for an assistant with full management.
An activity journal only you see
Every major action your assistant takes is recorded: publishing or unpublishing a card, changing an offer, a refund, inviting a teammate. The journal stays with you even after the access is removed.
One assistant, several clients
A professional assistant or an agency gets your account added to the one they already have, and switches between clients from the sidebar. Nobody opens a new account and nobody passes passwords around.
How it works
Invite
Enter an email, and a mobile if you like. The invite goes out by email, and you pick the tier: full management or content only.
They sign in
If they already have an account, they add yours in one tap. If not, they sign up with their own email. You get an alert the moment they join.
You stay in control
Change their access level, check the activity journal and remove access whenever you like. The subscription and the money never end up in someone else's hands.
Frequently asked questions
How is this different from giving my assistant the password?
A shared password gives everything, including the subscription, the money and the ability to lock you out, and nobody can tell who did what. Here the assistant has a login of their own, with boundaries enforced on the server and an activity journal, and you can revoke their access whenever you want.
How does the invite reach my assistant?
By email, with a personal link valid for 14 days. You can resend or cancel it from your screen.
Does an assistant take a paid seat or a card?
No. An assistant is not counted in seats, takes no publish slot and gets no card of their own. It is a management login, not another team member.
What does a full-management assistant see?
The cards and content, the shop and its orders including refunds to buyers, contacts and reports, and on team plans the team member management too. The billing screen is view-only: they cannot change the subscription, buy anything, connect a payout account or withdraw money.
