How you get paid on MyVisito: the complete guide
The money goes directly to you, always. The payment method map, what MyVisito does and does not do, and answers to the common questions.
The most important principle first: money from buyers goes directly to you. MyVisito never holds, receives or transmits buyers' funds. You connect your own payment account, buyers pay into it, and you are the seller of record for your products. MyVisito provides the software that displays your products and connects to payment services, and nothing more.

What MyVisito does, and does not do
Does: displays your products, builds sales and checkout pages, records orders, delivers files and access after payment, emails buyers, and provides management screens.
Does not: MyVisito is not a payment processor, escrow service, money transmitter or a party to the transaction between sellers and buyers. Payout timing, verifications, delays and holds on your payment account are decided by the payment provider (for example Stripe or your billing company), never by MyVisito. FAQ
When does the money reach me? On your payment provider's payout schedule. With Stripe, the first payout usually takes a few days, and later ones follow the schedule in your account.
Can MyVisito hold my money? No. The money never passes through us at all.
What if a buyer asks for a refund? Refunds are your responsibility, under your policy and applicable law. With Stripe you can refund directly from the Orders screen. All the details.
Do I need a business bank account? Per the requirements of the payment provider you choose. MyVisito adds no requirements of its own.
