Cancellation and Refund Policy

Last updated: July 17, 2026

We want choosing MyVisito to feel safe. That is why there is a permanent free plan: your card stays online within the free tier limits, at no cost and with no credit card. You only start paying if you actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan.

How billing and renewal work

  • When you subscribe, you choose a monthly or yearly plan, billed securely through Stripe.
  • Every self-serve paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial (once per account): nothing is charged during the trial, and the first charge is made automatically when the trial ends. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged at all - the account simply returns to the free plan.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel, so your service continues without interruption.
  • We send billing through Stripe, and you can view your invoices and manage your subscription from your account at any time.

Cancelling your subscription

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account, or by writing to support@myvisito.com.
  • After cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further charges are made.
  • Cancelling does not delete your account or your cards; you can keep using whatever your remaining plan allows.

Refunds

  • Because there is a permanent free plan with no credit card, you can try MyVisito before you decide, and you only pay when you actively choose to subscribe to a paid plan.
  • Once you have subscribed, payments already made are generally not refunded for the remainder of the current period, unless the law in your country requires otherwise.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals and returns you to the free plan; it does not refund the current or a partial billing period, and unused time is not credited back.
  • Any refund we choose to give is a discretionary goodwill gesture, not an obligation, and it does not create a right to refunds in the future.
  • If something went wrong on our side, for example a double charge or a technical error, write to us and we will make it right.

Purchases from sellers on MyVisito

This policy covers MyVisito subscriptions only. Products you buy from a seller on a MyVisito card (digital files, courses, sessions, event tickets, or physical products) are sold by that seller, not by MyVisito, and payment goes directly to the seller through the seller's own payment account.

  • The seller is responsible for cancellations and refunds on their sales, under their own policy and the consumer law that applies to them, including the Israeli cancellation right and the EU/UK withdrawal right where those apply to the seller's sale.
  • MyVisito never receives the money from a seller's sale, so we cannot issue, process, or force a refund on it.
  • For any cancellation or refund of a purchase, contact the seller first, using the contact details on their card or on your order page. For card payments you can also contact the payment provider or your card issuer.
  • Nothing here reduces the statutory rights consumer law gives you against the seller.

Customers in Israel: right to cancel

MyVisito is operated by EmodeFlow, LLC, a company registered in the United States (State of Delaware). Even so, we honor the cancellation rights that Israeli law gives consumers in Israel under the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of a Transaction) Regulations, 2010. These rights apply in addition to, and override, anything else in this policy.

  • Ongoing transaction: a MyVisito subscription is an ongoing transaction, and you can cancel it at any time from your account or by writing to support@myvisito.com. Cancellation takes effect within three business days of your notice, and no further charges are made.
  • Distance-sale cancellation: this is a distance-sale transaction, and you may cancel the purchase within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, subject to the legal exceptions for information and digital content.
  • Extended window for people with disabilities, senior citizens, and new immigrants: a person with a disability, a senior citizen (age 65 or over), or a new immigrant may cancel within four months, on presenting appropriate documentation, as provided by law.
  • Cancellation fee: where the law permits a cancellation fee, it will not exceed the lower of 5% of the transaction price or 100 ILS.
  • Refund: any refund due under these rights is made within 14 days of your cancellation notice, to the original payment method.

Customers in the EU and UK

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. Because MyVisito is a digital service you can use immediately, by starting your paid subscription you may agree to begin the service right away and acknowledge that this can affect the withdrawal period. Nothing in this policy reduces the mandatory rights your local law gives you, and you can always contact us to exercise them.

How to request a refund

Email support@myvisito.com from the address of your account, with the workspace address (for example you.myvisito.com). We respond to refund requests within a few business days, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Payment disputes

If you see a charge you do not recognize, please contact us first at support@myvisito.com; most issues are resolved faster this way than through a bank dispute.

Opening a chargeback for a charge that was valid and disclosed is a breach of these terms: we may immediately suspend or close the account and take its cards offline while we look into it, and we may present this policy, your acceptance of it, your payment record, and your use of the service as evidence in the dispute. Contacting us first is always the fastest way to resolve a billing question.
