The sale fee is the only fee MyVisito charges on a sale. Your payment provider's processing fee (for example Stripe's) applies separately, as on any platform.
Frequently asked questions
What does the free plan include, forever?
A live published card with its own address, sharing with a branded QR code, contact exchange, wallet passes, a contacts CRM with import and 5 free AI card scans, in one language. There is no time limit; the card stays online for as long as you want it.
How does per-seat billing work on Business?
You pick a number of seats between 3 and 100 and pay per seat, monthly or yearly. Each seat adds a publish slot and AI allowance to the shared pool. Add a seat when someone joins and remove it when they leave.
What happens when I upgrade mid-cycle?
The upgrade takes effect immediately: you pay the new plan's full price on a secure Stripe checkout page and a fresh billing cycle starts that day. Your cards, contacts and settings carry over untouched.
Can I cancel or move to a smaller plan?
Yes. Cancelling moves you to the free plan at the end of the paid period, and your card stays online. Moving from Business to Premium takes effect at the end of the current period, with no extra charge.
Which currency am I charged in, and how?
Prices are in shekels in Israel and in US dollars elsewhere. Payments run on Stripe's secure checkout, and yearly billing saves about 26% compared to paying monthly.
What does the Premium plan add for sellers?
Premium is built for selling from your card: it unlocks selling (the free and Starter plans do not include selling) with only a 3% sale fee, two published cards at once, for example a personal card and a products card, and a doubled AI allowance. Teams that sell get Business Plus: shared company offers, every payment lands in the company account, and a 6% sale fee.
