Affiliate Program Terms

How it works

• Every MyVisito account has a personal referral link. Share it, and anyone who signs up through it is linked to you.
• Your friend starts like every new customer: the permanent free plan, and a 7-day free trial on any paid plan.
• You earn a cash commission on what your referred customers actually pay, and you can withdraw it to your PayPal account.

What you earn

• You earn 30% of the subscription fees actually paid by each customer you refer, for as long as their subscription stays active.
• Commissions are capped at 300 US dollars in total per referred customer, across the lifetime of that customer.
• All commissions are calculated and paid in US dollars. A payment in another currency is converted to US dollars at a fixed internal rate.
• A commission is earned only after the customer’s payment has fully settled. A free month, a fully discounted charge, or an unpaid invoice earns nothing.

Who qualifies

• A referred customer must be a genuinely new MyVisito user with no prior account.
• Attribution lasts 90 days from the click on your link, on a first-touch basis.
• You cannot earn on your own accounts, on accounts you control, or on signups that share a device, payment method, or identity with you. Self-referral does not qualify.
• Commissions do not apply to enterprise or custom-negotiated plans, or to downgrades, credits, or promotional-only charges.

Getting paid

• Earnings are held for 30 days after each payment settles, then become available to withdraw.
• Once your available balance reaches 100 US dollars, you can request a payout. A payout is always triggered by your request, and you may wait for a larger balance if you prefer.
• We pay requested amounts by PayPal to the email address you provide. Withdrawal requests are processed in a monthly payout run: a request made during a month is paid, typically automatically, at the start of the following month. If you cannot use PayPal, contact support and we will look for an alternative arrangement. You are responsible for giving a valid address and for any fees your provider charges.
• You are responsible for all taxes on the commissions you earn. We may be required to report payments to tax authorities.

Minimum payout and unpaid balances

• The 100 US dollar minimum is a condition of every payout. A balance below the minimum is not due or payable, creates no debt or obligation on us, and gives you no right to demand or claim payment of it.
• Amounts below the minimum accrue and carry forward until your available balance reaches the minimum.
• If you leave the program, are removed, the program ends, or your account is inactive for twelve months, any balance still below the minimum is forfeited.
• Taking part does not guarantee any earnings. Commissions paid under these terms are your only compensation and your sole and exclusive remedy relating to the program.

Refunds, chargebacks and clawbacks

• If a payment we based a commission on is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed.
• We may withhold, reverse, or reclaim commissions connected to fraud, abuse, refunds, or a breach of these terms.

What is not allowed

• No self-referral or referring accounts you control.
• No coupon, deal, or cashback sites, and no bidding on MyVisito brand terms in paid ads.
• No spam, misleading claims about MyVisito, or automated or bulk sign-ups.
• Breaking these rules can forfeit unpaid commissions and end your participation.

Joining the program

• You must be at least 18 and hold a MyVisito account in good standing.
• Joining is by enrollment: we may approve, decline, suspend, or remove a partner at our discretion, and one person may hold one program account.
• This is a single-tier program. Sub-affiliates and multi-tier arrangements are not allowed.

Your responsibilities

• Whenever you promote MyVisito, clearly disclose that you earn a commission, for example by adding "affiliate" or a similar note. This is required by law in many places, including the US FTC rules.
• Follow all applicable laws when you promote, including anti-spam, privacy, advertising, and consumer-protection rules such as CAN-SPAM and GDPR where they apply.
• Collect only the personal data the program genuinely needs, and handle it lawfully.

Using our brand

• Use only the MyVisito name, logo, and materials we provide in the program resources.
• Do not alter the logo, and do not present MyVisito in a misleading way.
• Do not imply that you are our employee or agent, or that we endorse you or have a partnership or joint venture with you.

Independent relationship

You take part as an independent participant. Nothing here creates employment, an agency, a partnership, or any authority for you to act on our behalf or bind us.

Disputes and audits

• We may review and audit referral activity, and hold a payout while we investigate a suspected problem.
• If you believe a commission is wrong, tell us within 30 days of the event so we can look into it.

Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for commissions lost to tracking failures, browser or privacy settings, or other technical issues outside our reasonable control. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability under the program is limited to the commissions we paid you in the six months before the claim.

Your responsibility for claims

You agree to cover us for any claim, loss, or cost that arises from how you promote MyVisito, from your breach of these terms, or from your breach of the law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. The dispute-resolution and arbitration terms in the MyVisito Terms of Service apply to the affiliate program as well. If these terms conflict with the MyVisito Terms of Service, the Terms of Service control.

Changes and ending the program

We may change the commission rate, the caps, the thresholds, or any part of these terms, and we may pause or end the program, at any time. Changes apply going forward. Commissions already earned and payable under the rules at the time remain payable, subject to these terms.
