Offer types: what you sell and how it is delivered

Four offer types: digital product, course, consultation and service. What each includes, how delivery works, and what happens with older types.

When you create a new product you choose one of four types. The type decides what you fill in and how the purchase is delivered.

Digital product

Downloadable files: a guide, a PDF, a template, presets. You upload files (up to 100MB each), and they are delivered automatically after payment, on a personal order page and by email. It can also be a free product that collects leads.

Course

Recorded lessons and materials for self-paced learning. Two ways:

  • Hosted here: build modules and lessons inside MyVisito. Video via an unlisted YouTube or Vimeo link, text for each lesson, and attached support files. Every buyer gets a personal access page.
  • External course link: the course lives on another platform (for example Udemy or a course site), and the link is sent to the buyer after payment. There is also an AI assistant that builds a course outline from a short description. Full details: the courses guide.

Consultation

A paid session: set a duration (for example 60 minutes) and a location (Zoom, clinic). The buyer pays and leaves details, and you confirm the time directly with them. There is also free reservation: you receive the details and approve each booking, with no payment.

Service

Like a consultation, for broader services: coaching, mentoring, design work, any service priced up front. The same payment and confirmation flow.

Files sent after confirmation

For consultations and services you can attach files that unlock for the buyer only after the order is confirmed: a preparation booklet, a questionnaire, an entry ticket.

What about other types?

If you already sell offers of older types (for example a physical product with inventory and shipping, an event or a membership): your existing offers keep working and selling exactly as before. New creation currently focuses on the four types above.
