Connect Microsoft Dynamics

Enter your Dynamics environment address, connect with Microsoft, and approve. Contacts arrive as Leads under Sales > Leads.

Every new contact lands in Microsoft Dynamics 365 as a Lead. Important: in Dynamics the contacts appear under Sales > Leads.

How to connect

  1. In the connect dialog, enter your organization's environment address (the part ending in crm.dynamics.com, for example yourorg.crm.dynamics.com). You can copy it from the browser while inside Dynamics.
  2. Click Connect with Microsoft and approve. Your organization admin might need to approve the app once.

Where your contacts appear

In Dynamics 365, open the Sales area, then the Leads list.
