The system detects sync failures by itself: a ticket opens automatically here in support, and our team is alerted immediately, so in most cases we are already on it. Worth trying: press "Send test" in the tool's manage dialog, and reconnect if there is a login error. No contact is lost: everything keeps landing in your Contacts screen, and is pushed to the tool once the connection recovers.
